By accessing or using the NFC Print Studio website and services (collectively, the "Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you must not use the Service.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 16 years of age to use our Service. By using the Service, you represent and warrant that you meet this requirement and have the legal capacity to enter into these terms.

3. Account Registration

To place orders or save designs, you may need to create an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorised use.

4. Products and Orders

• All product descriptions, images, and pricing are provided for informational purposes and are subject to change without notice.
• We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order for any reason, including pricing errors, suspected fraud, or stock limitations.
• Once an order enters production, cancellations may not be possible. Please review your order carefully before confirming.
• Prices displayed on the website are in Canadian Dollars (CAD) unless otherwise stated and are exclusive of applicable taxes and shipping fees.

5. Intellectual Property

All content on this website — including text, graphics, logos, images, templates, and software — is the property of NFC Print Studio or its licensors and is protected by Canadian and international intellectual-property laws.

You retain ownership of any original designs, images, or content you upload. By uploading content, you grant us a limited licence to reproduce and process it solely for the purpose of fulfilling your order.

6. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use the Service for any unlawful purpose or to promote illegal activity.
• Upload content that infringes on third-party intellectual-property rights.
• Attempt to gain unauthorised access to our systems, servers, or user accounts.
• Interfere with or disrupt the integrity or performance of the Service.
• Scrape, mine, or collect data from the website without our written consent.
• Upload or transmit viruses, malware, or other harmful code.

7. Payment and Billing

Payments are processed securely through Stripe. By submitting payment information, you represent that you are authorised to use the payment method provided. We do not store your full card details on our servers.

8. Shipping and Delivery

Estimated delivery times are provided at checkout and are not guaranteed. Delivery dates may vary based on carrier availability, customs processing, and your shipping location. NFC Print Studio is not responsible for delays caused by third-party carriers.

9. Returns and Refunds

Because our products are custom-printed to your specifications, we generally do not accept returns for change of mind. If you receive a defective or incorrect product, please contact us within 7 business days of delivery. We will assess the issue and, at our discretion, offer a reprint or refund.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, NFC Print Studio and its officers, employees, and affiliates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the Service — including loss of profits, data, or business opportunities — even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.

Our total aggregate liability for any claims arising from the Service shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.

11. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

12. Governing Law

These Terms of Use are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Province of Ontario and the federal laws of Canada applicable therein. Any disputes arising from these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Ontario, Canada.

13. Changes to These Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms of Use at any time. Updated terms will be posted on this page with a revised "Last updated" date. Your continued use of the Service after changes are published constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
